My Approach

According to the American Psychological Association, “therapists help people of all ages live happier, healthier and more productive lives.” Through the use of various psychotherapy methods and collaborative treatment measures, my clients develop life-changing habits to help them cope with any of life’s various obstacles. My therapy sessions are designed to dissect personal issues and provide clients with effective tools to help them see the glass half full instead of half empty.

I implement effective psychotherapy methods to instill self-understanding among patients and encourage them to adopt new attitudes and feelings towards life situations. It is essential to keep in mind that therapy is not a magic pill or a quick fix: therapy is a healing process that necessitates participation and investment from the client and family alike. But in the end, making small changes to self-defeating behavior and coping with feelings of sadness, fear, and pain can bring life-altering results.

My belief is that there is no one-size-fits-all therapy model, and I want to help you figure out what works best for you, whether it means integrating different ways of expression, such as art or play, or incorporating spirituality in your treatment. In therapy, my goal is for you to feel safe exploring thoughts, feelings, and memories that may be uncomfortable. Collaboratively, we will begin to uncover helpful ways to build positive progress that lasts past the end of our therapy sessions.
